I am saying he dives after initiating a tiny amount of contact.
Just saying that we need guidelines as to what constitutes a penalty.
When Harry Kane slows down and kicks the keepers arms as he tries to avoid him it is sold as ‘he felt contact’ when it was initiated by the attacker.
Pea dived. Vardy did it continuously in Leicester’s title winning season.
What is a penalty needs to be defined especially with VAR coming in.

By my view Pea was trying to replicate Newcastle where he left his foot behind so it would get hooked.
He kicks his heel up against Cardiff and soon as it touches the defender he takes off.
To me it should be that the contact is initiated by the defender and it is enough BY ITSELF to knock the player over or affect his shot.
